Senior Customer Services Officer / Assistant Manager (3-year contract)

Job Duty

KPM Healthcare Centre is one of the largest health centres in Hong Kong. We are equipped with comprehensive medical equipment and facilities ranging from an Operating Theatre of international hospital standard and Endoscopy rooms to PET-CT scan, MRI scan, 640-Slice CT scan and other diagnostics equipment. We are looking for energetic person to join our team. Responsibilities: - Welcome guests and provide care in a pleasant and warm manner to deliver professional service experience and build up a friendly relationship - Monitor service quality and team performance to ensure excellent customer experience - Monitor service performance and resolve operational issues promptly - Perform ad-hoc duties and/or projects as required Requirements: - Higher Diploma or above academic qualification - Preferably with at least 3 years experience in supervision role of customer service - Strong operational management and coordination skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Good command of both spoken & written Chinese and English, including Mandarin. - Proficient in MS Office and medical practice management software. - Candidates with relevant experience may be considered for the Assistant Manager.
