Retail Operations Assistant (Purchasing )

Job Duty

Responsibilities l Supplier Management: Source and negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing, quality standards, lead times, and favorable payment and shipment terms. l Order & Inventory Control: Manage purchase orders, inventory levels, RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processes, and stock allocation. Coordinate international and PRC/Oversea shipments, including land, ocean, and air freight. l Delivery & Project Coordination: Track order status and ensure timely delivery to meet project schedules. Collaborate with internal teams for new product launches and ongoing operations. l Wholesale & Retail Support: Follow up on wholesale orders with clients and provide administrative support to retail shops in Hong Kong. l Strategy Development: Develop and implement sourcing strategies for raw and packaging materials to manage procurement risks and secure optimal terms. l Performance Monitoring: Regularly review supplier performance to ensure compliance with food safety standards, product quality, and supply stability. l Reporting & Analysis: Prepare procurement reports, analyze sales and stock performance, and share actionable insights with relevant teams.
