Job Duty
Job Responsibilities: - Provide first tier user support on technical and functional issues (Internal/external); - Take ownership of handling reported issue from initiative to resolution; - Accountable for resolving issues, both short term and long term, to meet and exceed predefined SLAs; - Assist in ad hoc and special assignments as assigned; (Onsite support may be needed) - Assist in event lifecycle management, from initial concept & brief, ticket flow & event setup - Provide other clerical and administrative support as needed Job Requirements: - Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and communication skills; - Shift duty required (including daily morning/afternoon shift, Sat, Sun, and public holidays). - Strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently under pressure; - Detail oriented, organized in work, able to quickly adapt to a fast paced environment;
