Project Engineer / Site Supervisor

Job Duty

- Project management and design development from feasibility studies to completion of fitting out works - Prepare overall project planning, scheduling, procurement, budgeting & co-ordination for smooth implementation -Responsible for documentation, quotation, proposal, tendering and site-reports -Liaise with clients, subcontractors and factories to carry out fitting out works in accordance with prescribed engineering specifications and in a timely manner -Handle other job related duties & ad-hoc assignments REQUIREMENTS Degree / Associate Degree / Higher Diploma in Building Services, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines 3 years’ experience in interior fitting out works, preferably in F&B industry Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office Outgoing personality, detail oriented with good time management and problem solving skills Good command of written & spoken English & Mandarin is an advantage Working days: Monday to Saturday (6-day work)
