Job Description • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, audience demographics, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies. • Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media presence across various platforms, creating engaging content to promote upcoming concerts and events. • On-Site Problem-Solving: Address any issues or last-minute changes that arise during events, working collaboratively with the team to find quick solutions. • Event Projects: Assist in the execution of planned events and programs • Organizes and archives records and documents • Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure the completion of marketing projects • Handle ad hoc duties and special projects assigned by managers • Undertake administrative duties as and when necessary Requirements • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Traditional Chinese is required • Positive attitude, self-driven, and adaptable in fast-paced situation • Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline is preferred • Flexibility to work outside of office hours to support events as required
