Marketing Assistant / Marketing Executive

Job Duty

What you'll be doing Learn and understand oversea customer's needs and requirements. Process production and sampling orders to relative parties and follow-up progresses. Prepare periodical reports for monitor and management review. Provide customer services, update ERP system. Follow through shipments schedules and take proactive actions to prevent any delays. Liaise with suppliers and customers on all the processes of the orders. Ensure data accuracy and maintain files and records in efficient and effective manner. Handle ad hoc issues. What we're looking for F.5 or above Minimum 2 years of working experience in any marketing role equivalence Independent, pro-active and problem solver. Work independently with good organizational and analytical skills Proficiency of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin Strong communication & business partnership skills Immediate available is an advance.
