Job Duty

Responsibilities / 職責： Perform sales of merchandise to deliver excellent standard of service to customers 銷售貨品，為顧客提供卓越嘅服務標準 Achieve brand's objective and targets in terms of sales and service standard 達成品牌喺銷售同服務標準方面嘅目標 Maintain the highest standard of store environment 維持店舖環境嘅最高標準 Provide assistance in handling merchandise display and stock control 協助處理貨品陳列同庫存管理 Act as a brand ambassador to build relationships with new customers and maintain long-term relationship with customers 擔任品牌大使，與新客戶建立關係，並同客戶維持長期關係 Requirements / 要求： F. 5 or above 中五或以上程度 At least 3 years of relevant experience in fashion retail industry 至少 3 年時裝零售行業嘅相關經驗 Experience gained in local brand are also welcomed 曾喺本地品牌工作嘅經驗亦歡迎 Demonstrate a positive attitude toward customers and co-workers 對顧客同同事展現積極嘅態度 Able to grow and maintain customer long term relationship 能夠發展同維持客戶嘅長期關係 Passion in fashion, adaptable, energetic and proactive 對時裝有熱誠，適應力強，有活力同主動 Pleasant personality, strong communications and customer service skills 性格開朗，具備良好嘅溝通同客戶服務技巧 Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese 良好嘅中英文口語同書寫能力 Candidate with luxury brand experience will be considered as Senior Sales Associate 具奢侈品牌經驗嘅候選人將獲考慮為高級銷售助理
