Job Duty
Responsibilities: Prepare all loan documents for consumer and corporate clients Check the completeness and correctness of documents before loan disbursement Liaise with valuation / properties agents and follow up with the valuation reports Handle and supervise loans repayment & maintenance functions Take up ad hoc projects as and when required Requirements: Diploma holder or above in Banking, Finance or related disciplines At least 2 years in loan administration operations in lending products Good knowledge of Companies Ordinance and legal requirements for loan documentation Strong communication, inter-personal and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented, well-organized, able to work independently and a good team player Good command in both spoken and written Chinese and English. Basic computer skills, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
