Guest Relations Supervisor / Officer (Receptionist)

Job Duty

(1)Handle and manage lounge and restaurant bookings, takeaway orders, and event bookings (2) Handle enquiries through telephone calls, mails, emails and messages, in relation to basic lounge and restaurant knowledge, facilities, promotions and events (3) Assist F&B Manager and Restaurant & Bar Manager to prepare F&B reports, i.e Events calendar / cancellation report / sale call report, etc (4) Assist with members and guests event coordination, including but not limited to prepare tailor-made event proposals, draft event contracts, handle billing / deposit, event preparation and logistics and etc.
