Job Duty
Responsibilities - Provide minimum secretarial service to the Sales Director - Work as a Department Assistant especially in selected event jobs in administration & coordination duties - Carry out administrative & coordination duties with internal and external parties in daily operations - Any ad-hoc assignments by the supervisor Requirements - Higher Diploma qualification or above with 1-2 years of experience in administration / secretarial work, sales & marketing or event management - Proficiency in English and Chinese - Proficient in MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese typing - Well organized, attentive to details with pleasant personality - Capable of working independently and positive team player - Experiences in dealing with external business partners or customer services would be an advantage - Immediately available will be preferable We offer guaranteed 13 months’ pay, performance bonus, and comprehensive benefit schemes including medical insurance, education and travel allowance, WFH arrangement & flexible working hours, etc. Interested parties, please send your resume and expected salary to HR Department via e-mail to ahkhr @ amway.com or by APPLY NOW
