Contract Customer Service Officer (Call Centre) Banking/Insurnce, Non-Sales Job Description: -Conduct Outbound calls and provide administrative support to Conservation initiatives. -Address requests from customers regarding product inquiries and services. -Perform account maintenance. -Resolve customer grievances in a timely and professional manner -Provide administrative support to the team as assigned. -Contract until one years, subject to extension. Requirements: -Higher Diploma or above qualification. -IIQE papers: Paper 1, 3, and 5 (can take the exam after onboarding). -Over 1 years work experience in financial institutions, preferably with experience in Insurance or Customer Service area. -Relevant customer service and hotline experience are welcome. -Good communication skills and telephone manners. -Detail-oriented, with a customer and service orientation. -Proficiency in spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua. -PC literate in MS Office especially MS excel
