Job Duty

Responsibilities To deliver all guest luggage promptly to their rooms as soon as they have registered. To be responsible for the delivery and collection of group luggage upon arrival and departure of the party. To keep the lobby area and the Luggage Store Rooms clean and tidy at all times. To maintain the luggage trolleys in a neat and orderly manner. To cooperate with staff in the Front Desk to enhance the operation efficiency of the department. To ensure room keys are returned to the Front Desk, and bills are settled before the departure of guests. To go on errands for hotel offices, Executives or Department Heads if required. To ensure that all storage luggage in good condition and being stored in proper and safety location To perform any other tasks as assigned by superiors Requirements With secondary education at Form 3 or above Minimum 1 year’s work experience in Hotel or Clubhouse Good command of English, Putonghua and Cantonese Candidate with more experience will consider Bell Captain
