Job Duty

What we are looking for: ● At least 2 years work experience in Food & Beverage with management experience, or evidence of a passion to work in F&B and experience in Leadership roles, ● Enthusiasm for Craft Beer and Food, ● Strong Organisational Skills and attention to detail, ● Fluency in English and Cantonese for restaurant/bar environment preferred, Putonghua desirable, ● A proactive approach to problem solving and achieving goals, ● Evidence of strong focus on Customer Service, ● Ability to work independently, creating, maintaining and overseeing bar structures, responding proactively and with empathy, empowering employees and building a strong team, ● Familiarity with POS systems and booking software, ● A love of people, flavour, food and drink, ● An understanding of fermentation or a demonstrable interest in the process is desirable, ● Evidence of knowledge around beer or evidence of willingness to learn, ● Funding available for further education, training and professional development, ● Must have a valid HKID and the right to work in HK. Responsibilities: ● Maintain and develop the atmosphere and environment of the tap room, ensuring a consistent customer experience and leading by example. ● Conceive, plan and execute a range of events with the support and guidance of our marketing team. ● Cooperate with our Executive Culinary Director to ensure we maintain a great food offering, developing appropriate seasonal and rotating menus. ● Manage staffing levels, including hiring in conjunction with Yardley Brothers Craft Brewery, as well as scheduling of staff. ● Implement and oversee teamwork procedures, maintaining and updating as needed documented Standard Operating Procedures. ● Oversee hygiene processes at bar, ensuring bar is properly stocked and clean, including both front-of-house and back-of-house spaces. ● Work with marketing team and bar team to develop and maintain a customer-focused culture, consistent world-class experience and robust customer loyalty including tracking and reporting. ● Manage inventory for both consumable goods as well as lost and damaged items. Regularly order products and ingredients, working within budgetary and time constraints.
