Assistant Operation Manager - Serviced Apartment in Tai Po

Job Duty

You are required to manage the operations of the Serviced Apartment and overseeing all front-line guest services. Handles all emergency situations that occurred at the building; maintain comfort and harmonic environment for all guests / resident at all times. Responsibilities: • Working as a manager-in-charge to oversee the overall operations, resolving any emergency incidents or situations following a set of protocols • Managing staff and delegating tasks effectively • Handling residents inquiries and complaints • Organize regular community activity • Develop & review the SOP • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures • Resolving issues or conflicts that may arise during shifts • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment • Training new employees and conducting performance evaluations • Implementing strategies to increase productivity and profitability • Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor when deemed necessary Qualifications & Requirements: • Minimum 5 years' working experience in the hospitality / property / club house industry with at least 1 year at supervisory / management level • Diploma or degree in hospitality management / property management/ club house or related disciplines preferred • Excellent command in English, Cantonese, Putonghua and any other language would be an advantage • Familiarity with health, safety, and security regulations in the hospitality sector • Strong leadership and communication skills • Knowledge of property management systems and reservation software • Understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and inventory management • Require to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, according to the duty roster assigned as shift duty is required • Be flexible, adaptive to change, creative and presentable • Possess positive and can-do attitude with good problem- solving skills, good analytical, be able to multi-task and able to work under high pressure • Be able to communicate effectively across team and organization, lead and influence cross functional departments • Cheerful, outgoing, and with a service-oriented mindset • Good communication and organization skills • Possess positive and can-do attitude with good problem- solving skills, good analytical, be able to multi-task and able to work under high pressure • Neat and well-groomed Please apply by clicking "Apply Now", or submit full resume and expected salary to the HR Department, Room 1402, 14/F, Dorset House, Taikoo Place, 979 King's Road, Quarry Bay, HK or fax to 2968-4177.
