Accounts Clerk / Accounting Assistant - Korean speaker preferred

Job Duty

Job Responsibilities - Handle daily accounting duties, including data entry, bookkeeping, voucher preparation, and document filing. - Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable, including invoices, receipts, and payment records. -Prepare customer statements and follow up on outstanding payments. -Perform monthly bank reconciliations, reconcile supplier statements, and prepare payment schedules. -Check staff expense claims and maintain company expense and petty cash records. -Prepare monthly accounting schedules, including receivables, payables and outstanding balances. -Assist with payroll and MPF administration, and prepare supporting documents for annual audits and tax filings. -Provide general administrative support related to accounting. Requirements: - Secondary education or above, with basic accounting knowledge; LCCI Level 2 / Intermediate or an equivalent qualification is preferred. - At least one year of relevant accounting experience is preferred. Candidates with less experience and relevant accounting training will also be considered. - Basic knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable and bank reconciliation. - Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with accounting software is an advantage. Detail-minded, responsible, and well-organized. - Able to handle routine accounting tasks independently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and colleagues. - The Korean speaker preferred a good command of spoken Cantonese and written Chinese, with basic English proficiency.
