政府客服/服務櫃檯助理 (客戶服務/公關) Helpdesk / CS Assistant (Customer Service/ PR)

工作職責

工作地點: 北角 / 元朗 / 旺角 / 瀝源 工作時間: 5天工作，星期一至五每天7-8小時 (09:00 - 17:00) 時薪: $60 - $70 有興趣者，請電郵履歷表(CV) 到[email protected]，並註明 "政府客服/服務櫃檯助理 (HB/NP/YL/MK/ST)" 要求： 1. HKDSE/HKCEE: 5科達2級/ E級，包括中文、英文、數學 2. 兩年或以上客戶服務/公關相關工作經驗 3. 具備良好的中英文書寫能力，流利粵語、英語和國語 4. 熟練使用常用電腦應用軟體（例如：MS Word、Excel、PowerPoint、電子郵件等）以及中文輸入法 5. 優先考慮可自備文書手提電腦上班者 (Windows 11或以上) 職責： 1. 在服務櫃檯值守 2. 向符合資格的市民推廣全新公立藥物便民服務 3. 向公眾分發官方宣傳資料/禮品 4. 協助符合資格的市民註冊計劃 Requirements: 1. HKDSE/HKCEE: 5 subjects Level 2/ Grade E, including Chinese, English & Mathematics 2. 2 years’ working experience in customer services / public relations or other related fields 3. Have good command of written Chinese and English, and be fluent in spoken Cantonese, English, and Putonghua 4. Be proficient in the use of common PC applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoints, e-mail, etc.) as well as Chinese Input Methods 5. Candidates who can bring their own laptop (Windows 11 or above) for work are preferred. Responsibilities: 1. To man the helpdesk express counter 2.
