我們正在尋找充滿熱情、追求卓越的廚藝人才加入傑志膳房的團隊。 工作職責 - 協助總廚管理廚房日常運作及團隊。 - 監督出菜品質，確保所有菜品符合餐廳標準。 - 負責食材訂購、庫存管理及成本控管。 - 帶領廚師及助理廚師，確保出餐速度與品質。 - 保持工作站的清潔衛生，並嚴格遵守食品安全準則。 職位要求 - 需具備 3 年或以上相關工作經驗，能獨立管理廚房出品。（具備更多經驗者將被考慮為副主廚） - 具備團隊合作精神，能在繁忙及高壓環境下保持水準。 - 對食材有深入了解，並對烹飪細節有嚴格要求。 - 良好的溝通能力及職業道德。
