About the Role & Working Environment We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Studio Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our vibrant architecture education studio. In this dual-function role, you will lead studio administration, general accounting, HR coordination, while serving as a key operational assistant to the Director. Why Join Us? Key Responsibilities 1. Studio Operations & Maintenance Oversee day-to-day studio functions to ensure an efficient, safe, and professional learning environment. Manage inventory, order educational materials and supplies, and maintain stock levels. Identify studio maintenance needs, coordinate repairs, and liaise with vendors/property managers. (When needed) Track general operational metrics and report directly to management. 2. Financial & Revenue Tracking Handle basic bookkeeping, general accounting tasks, and invoice management. Monitor monthly studio revenue and ensure financial records are complete and up to date. Conduct regular revenue reviews and escalate variances or trends to the CEO and management team. 3. HR & Staff Scheduling Coordinate scheduling for all team members. Support general HR administration, onboarding logistics, and team communication. 4. Executive & Director Support Provide administrative, scheduling, and organizational support to the Director. Attend strategic meetings with external collaborators and partners alongside leadership when required. Provide on-site administrative and logistical support during studio events and workshops. 5. Business Development & Client Relations Handle incoming customer inquiries and assist with general program sales when needed. Serve as a warm, professional point of contact for parents, students, and collaborators. Incentive & Salary Progression Structure We believe in rewarding reliability, ownership, and long-term commitment. Your compensation starts at a competitive base and grows steadily with performance milestones: Months 1–2 (Probationary Period): HKD 17,000 / month Months 3–6 (Post-Probation Step Up): HKD 18,000 / month (upon successful completion of probation) Months 7–12 (Mid-Year Progression): HKD 19,000 / month (based on performance review) Month 12 Onward (Annual Review): Performance review with potential increase up to HKD 20,000 / month. Key Qualifications & Skills 2+ years of experience in administration, executive assistance, studio management, or operations. (Preferred) Proficiency in basic financial recordkeeping, spreadsheet management (Excel/Google Sheets), and budgeting concepts. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask across administrative, HR, and client-facing duties. Strong spoken and written communication skills in Cantonese and English. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills. Interest or background in design, architecture, or creative education is an advantage.
