工作職責

Job Description: • Ensure smooth restaurant operations • Provide training to the team to deliver the high quality of service. • Control stocks for daily use in the restaurant to ensure service requirements are mets. • Hiring and training, arranging schedules. • Arrange for new employees’ proper onboarding (scheduling training and ordering uniforms) • Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations • Gather guests’ feedback, respond accordingly, and resolve guest complaints • Implement marketing activities to drive sales and revenue for the restaurant What you need - 3 + year of relevant working experience - Good communication and presentation skills - Good command of English; Cantonese/ Mandarin would be an advantage - Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills - Self-organised and details-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility Please send your CV to 93877092 Ms. Chan
