Responsibilities for Chef /Line Cook Food preparation, cooking dishes according to established recipes and specifications Assist the Head Chef / Sous Chef in daily kitchen operation Requirement Over 2 to 3 years knowledge of Western culinary techniques and cuisine Mexican and Latin American culinary traditions preferred but not necessary Excellent communication and good team spirit under pressure Proactive, detail-minded, well-organized and responsible Proficient in spoken English Working Location: Discovery Bay with transport allowance, valid HKID is required.
