工作職責

主要職責: 為顧客提供優質的服務、飲品及食物； 處理店舖日常運作； 保持店面清潔衛生、器具器皿清潔整理； 良好溝通技巧及顧客服務態度； 推廣品牌理念、產品及服務予團隊及客人； Job Nature: - Prepare and serve high standard coffee, drinks and food ; - Responsible for providing a friendly dining experience to customers; - Maintain smooth and efficient shop operations and clean environment; - Lead and coach service staff on delivering high quality customer service; - Promote the company's brand, products and services to the team and customers
