Part time English teacher

Wizdom Learning is an English learning centre specialising in phonics, story-telling, and reading and writing. We have 15 years of experience teaching in Kowloon City and are particularly strong in our integrated curriculum. We are looking for part-time English teachers who are passionate, loving and keen on working with our primary and/or secondary kids. Job duties: • Teach primary and/or secondary students (age 5 or above) English writing and grammar in small groups (maximum 6 per class); • Prepare lessons (All lesson plans and materials are provided); • Liaise with parents; • Produce evaluation reports on students; • Refine teaching resources and materials; • Work on weekday afternoons and Saturdays. • Starting date: Immediately Applicants must possess: • Native or near-native English competency with excellent grammar; • Fluency in spoken Cantonese • A bachelor’s degree or above (preferably in English or Education); • At least 2 years’ experience in teaching primary/secondary children grammar and writing; • Passion for and patience with kids of different age groups; and • Long-term (at least one year) commitment.
