We are NOW in Hong Kong and cordially invite you to join our team. 工作地點 Location： 銅鑼灣時代廣場 Times Square 尖沙咀海運大廈Ocean Terminal 金鐘金鐘廊 Queensway 工作範圍 Job description ： 致力為顧客締造出色的購物體驗，協助推廣會員計畫、解答查詢、處理投訴及提供優質服務。 Deliver an outstanding shopping journey for customers by providing top-tier service, managing inquiries and complaints, and driving membership promotions. 推廣及展現PURDORI純淨護膚的品牌理念與正面形象，並向顧客進行介紹 Promote and represent PURDORI's clean skincare philosophy, sharing the brand's concept and image with customers. 對純淨護膚保養、專櫃零售與顧客服務有熱忱 Passionate in clean beauty skincare, department store counter retailing, and customer service. 管理專櫃日常營運 Oversee day-to-day department store counter operations. 需輪班工作（包括週末和公眾假期） Shift duties required (including weekends and public holidays). 每周至少能夠工作3天 Able to work at least 3 days a week. 職位要求 Requirements： 積極主動，具團隊合作精神並勇於面對挑戰 Proactive team player who thrives on challenges. 具中五或同等以上學歷者優先考慮 Candidates holding Form 5 or equivalent qualifications are preferred. 具備至少1年零售服務經驗（若經驗不足但對品牌及產品懷抱熱忱者，亦歡迎投遞申請） Minimum of 1 year of retail service experience preferred (candidates with less experience who demonstrate strong passion for our brand and products are also welcome to apply). 具備良好的銷售能力、溝通技巧及親切熱誠的服務態度 Demonstrate strong sales expertise, outstanding interpersonal communication, and a warm, customer-oriented approach. 有意於美容及健康行業發展 Intended to develop in the beauty and wellness industry. 我們提供良好薪酬及福利 包括 ： We offer excellent compensation and benefits.
