工作職責
職責: 巡視物業 確保所有設施運作正常 處理顧客查詢 協助上司跟進投訴及處理緊急事故 主動與業戶接觸 維持良好關係 資歷要求及福利: 中五或以上程度 一年或以上物業管理經驗優先 成熟, 有良好組織能力, 有責任 基本英語及國語、良好粵語的言語能力 工作時間: 早更 (0800-1700) 每週工作6天 + 休息日輪休 薪金: 每月HK$18,000 - $18,500 (視乎經驗) 經驗更多者可考慮為高級物業助理
