工作職責
工作範圍 管理監控中心內的日常運作及活動 確保按照既定程序及流程，對警報／事故作出迅速且適當的應對 管理門禁卡相關工作，包括列印工作證及發放門禁卡 安排安防系統維護及緊急服務的技術支援 安排臨時保安服務， 並確保記錄準確 管理並協調最新的關鍵支援資訊、文件及程序 監控、管理並領導指揮中心團隊處理持續發生的事件／事故／危機及應對措施，包括但不限於向管理層提供最新狀況匯報 管理資訊及文件檔案 定期查核團隊表現，並制定糾正行動方案以改進不足 其他保安工作職責 入職要求 中學學歷或以上，持有專上文憑／副學士學位者優先 具備至少1年安防管理相關經驗 具備保安控制室／資訊科技支援經驗者優先 熟悉電子系統（如警報系統、閉路電視、樓宇管理系統 BMS、門禁系統）之運作優先 具備電腦應用知識： Microsoft Office 與指揮中心應用相關的硬件及軟件技能 良好英語水平 良好電話應對禮儀、注重細節、具邏輯思維、積極主動、性格開朗且態度正面 展現管理下屬領導才能 良好人際關係技巧、分析能力、排解疑難能力、能獨立工作且勤奮
