臨時項目行政主任 - 環保／非牟利機構 我們機構現正招聘一名項目行政主任，負責為項目團隊提供行政支援、協助籌備資助申請及投標書、聯絡內部及外部持份者，並支援現行項目的運作。 此臨時職位日後如獲資金撥款，將有機會轉為長期合約。 職責： • 為現有項目提供行政支援 • 協助籌備資助申請及標書遞投 • 協助機構開展環境保護、回收、社會服務或教育等項目 • 其他指派的臨時工作 要求： • 大專（高級文憑）或以上學歷（不限主修學科） • 具備創意、獨立工作能力及責任感 • 擁有 2 年相關工作經驗 • 具備環境、回收、社會服務或社區教育項目背景者優先考慮 • 具備豐富的非牟利機構資助申請經驗 申請方法 有意者請將個人履歷 (CV) 及過往項目建議書樣本／參考（如有）發送至 [email protected]（收件人：陳先生）或經由平台申請。合資格的候選人將獲另行通知。 如要索取收集個人資料聲明，請電郵聯絡陳先生。 Temp Project Administrator - Recycling/ NGO Our organisation is seeking a project administrator to provide administrative support to the project teams, assist in preparing proposals for funding and tender application, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and support with current project operations. This temporary position may become permanent if funding is available. Responsibilities:  To provide administrative support to current projects  To assist in preparing proposals for funding and tender application  To assist in developing new business opportunities for Enviornmental & Recycling / Social service / Education projects for Organization  Ad-hoc tasks as require Requirements:  Higher Diploma or above in any disciplines  Creative, independent and responsible  2 years of relevant experience  Having background in environmental / recycling / social service / community education projects is preferred  Possess extensive experience in applying funding for NGO Application Method Interested parties please send your resume (CV) and samples/references of past proposal writing (if any) to Mr. Chan via [email protected] or apply through the platform.
