工作職責

我們需要一位具創意及策略思維的社交媒體專員，負責管理及優化公司在各社交平台的內容與社群互動，透過與KOL持續合作，提升品牌曝光度及用戶參與。 工作職責 熟悉社交媒體平台（Facebook、Instagram、YouTube）及網上媒體，協助內容創作安排及發布社交媒體內容。 於不同平台發掘、評估及接洽網絡達人, 負責達人合作項目的全程管理，包括數據整理、成效分析及活動表現評估。 為香港策劃市場營銷項目，並持續留意媒體趨勢及流行文化動態。 執行上司指派的其他工作，可能需要外勤。 職位要求 持有學士學位，主修市場營銷/媒體者優先。 至少兩年市場營銷、媒體、廣告或酒類飲品行業工作經驗者優先。 熟悉香港文化及地道語言。 出色的溝通及協調能力，並擁有良好的分析能力。 優越的時間管理及執行能力，工作認真、細心，並能夠獨立完成工作。 良好廣東話及普通話口語，良好中文書寫能力。 熟悉使用 Microsoft Office，包括 Excel、Word 及 PowerPoint。 Responsibilities Proficient with social media (Facebook, IG, Youtube) and online media, assisting in content creation, scheduling and publishing social media content . Identify, evaluate, and approach KOLs on platforms. Responsible for the end-to-end management of KOLs including data collaborations and analyzing campaign performance Plan and participate in marketing projects for Hong Kong market, monitoring media trends and pop culture dynamics Handling other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor, outdoor work is required Requirements Bachelor's degree holder in marketing/media preferred At least 2 years working experience in marketing/media/advertising/alcoholic beverage industry Familiar with Hong Kong culture and native language Strong communication and coordination skills with good analytical ability Excellent time management and execution ability. Dedicated and detail oriented. Able to work independently Good command of verbal Cantonese and Mandarin. Good Chinese writing skill Proficiency in MS including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
