工作職責
Responsibilities • Proactively introduce and promote our Baijiu products to customers at the Baijiu brand promotion and assist with on-site sales. • Good understanding of the menu items to guide customers • Assist in collecting customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvements. • Manage shop’s day to day operation, e.g. planning time schedule, maintenance and training of new staff • Supervise the team and provide guidance and coaching to the customers • Hands-on for the full operations of shop, including beverage preparation (such as ingredients and bases at the start of the day), customer orderings and servicing, opening and closing, etc. • Maintain stock position and report in a timely manner for re-ordering • Responsible for staff rostering to ensure sufficiency of manpower for the daily operations. • Maintain high standard of service to customers • Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the shop Requirements • Min. 3 years solid experience in F&B industry, including 1 year of experience at supervisory level • Strong knowledge in F&B operational workflow and cost control • Leadership, positive attitude, decent character, hard-working, work under pressure • Knowledge of non-alcoholic beverages experience is a plus. • Good command of spoken English and Chinese • Immediate to advanced knowledge of MS word and excel Benefits • Attractive remuneration package • 7 days off per month • 9 working hours per day (including 1 hour lunch break) • Excellent career progression • 12 days annual leave • Statutory Holiday • Birthday red-pocket • Staff discounts
