HR & Administration Assistant (6-month contract for maternity cover)

工作職責
What will you do? -Assist in daily general office administration, but not limited to procurement, replenish office supplies and manage facility maintenance -Manage Staff attendance record & Leave record -Support in coordinating and organizing company events, employee training and staff recreation activities -Arrange job posting via different channels & interview processes -Ensure updated employees' personal data -Backup reception duties, including answering incoming calls, handling mails, dealing with courier matters, greeting visitors in professional and polite manner -To handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor Who are we looking for? -Diploma or above -Pleasant and outgoing personality with experience in Administration/HR fields would be an advantage; fresh graduates with relevant experience are welcome -Strong sense of confidentiality for handling confidential information -Good team player, meticulous, responsible, energetic and positive attitude -Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications -Immediate available is highly preferred Work Location: Central Interested parties, please send resume with current salary, expected salary and date of available to us by e-mail: hr@kkph.com.hk or clicking "Apply Now".
