工作職責
Job Description: - Participate in sales & marketing activities for card and loan business - Handle customers enquires and deliver excellent services to satisfy their needs - Perform preliminary assessment on applications for financial products e.g. credit card, loan, etc. - Support daily branch operations includes data entry, sales and marketing in product promotion Requirements: - Diploma or above in any discipline, fresh graduates are also welcome - Relevant experience in Sales or Customer Service is preferred - Proficiency in PC knowledge and application - Proactive, Self-motivated, Good interpersonal skills - 5-days work week (9 hours per day) - Shift duty is required (including Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays) - Required to wear uniform during working hours
