Responsibilities: - Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar - Lead, supervise, and coach service staff on delivering high quality customer service - Drive the team to achieve and exceed sales targets - Compile weekly and monthly reports - Motivate staff and develop team spirit Requirements: - Good team player - Minimum 5 years relevant experience with minimum 2 years in management level in hotel & restaurant industry - Strong leadership, problem solving and decision making - Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills - Good command of spoken English and Chinese - Confident "can do" positive attitude About Wide Mind Limited Wide Mind Limited owns and operates Aedes, one of the best wine bar in town, consisting of over 350 labels with over 80% from the old world. To further expand our business, we are now launching a new project - Locanda Dell’ Angelo, located in heart of Happy Valley. Locanda Dell’ Angelo is a petite casual dining Italian restaurant with about 30 seats and operated by Chef Angelo Agliano, a well-known Italian Chef with solid experiences in Michelin Star restaurant. We wish to bring a unique dining experience in revealing the best taste of every exquisite dish at a comfortable, cozy environment.
