工作職責
One of the pest management company in the United States is seeking for Clerk Job Responsibilities: • Assist in procurement of office supplies, such as stationery and other office supplies ordering • Provide accounting and general administrative supports to the Administration Manager and the Company • Handle clerical duties including data input and filing • Handle ad hoc duties if required Job Requirement: • DSE or above standard with at least 1 years' experience in handling internal office set up matters • Knowledge in accounting would be an advantage • Attention to details with good numerical sense • Good communication and organizational skills • Self-motivated, responsible and independent • Proficiency in WORD, EXCEL and OUTLOOK and Chinese word processing • Fair command of both spoken and written English and Chinese • 5-day work, 9:30-6:00 • 10 days Annual Leave •Medical Allowance • Year-end Bonus • HKD13,500 - HKD16,000 Interested parties please send your full resume by clicking "APPLY NOW" or email : vivian@orkin.com.hk or Whatsapp : 95481177 for details and interview arrangement.
