Project Base: offer from HKD $10,000-13,000 Domain - Video Conference (VC) System We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Support Engineer to join our team for a multinational Video Conference (VC) replacement project. As a Support Engineer, you will play a vital role in supporting the local team throughout the entire process of “provisioning of Lenovo Teams Manager.” This is a project-based position with the potential for future project opportunities. Responsibilities: Act as the primary point support to the local team during the implementation of the multinational Video Conference (VC) replacement project. Review and familiarize yourself with the client’s knowledge base documents and troubleshooting materials related to Lenovo Teams Manager to enhance your understanding and expertise. Attend training sessions at the client’s office to gain in-depth knowledge of the provisioning of Lenovo Teams Manager and its specific requirements. Provide remote support to the local project team, offering troubleshooting assistance and guidance throughout the implementation process. Take responsibility for remotely backing up logs and proactively addressing any issues related to the log-in and troubleshooting of Lenovo Teams Manager. Maintain clear and organized records of troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and best practices for future reference. Requirements: Solid technical knowledge and understanding of Video Conference (VC) systems, particularly Lenovo Teams Manager. Previous experience in supporting and troubleshooting VC systems is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and software platforms. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. Flexibility to visit the client’s office for training sessions. Fluency in both English and the local language (Hong Kong) is required.
