Customer Service - Growth Expert (6 months and may be extended based on performance)

About the Role This is a unique opportunity to have direct business impact through strategic growth and engagement of driver partners associated with Uber's platform. To succeed in this role, you’ll need strong execution and solid communication skills to build relationships with driver partners. In practice this requires an ability to quickly understand our product and our unique value propositions for our users. Highly refined people skills, as well as toughness, persistence and grit, are required to ensure execution excellence. This is a business-side customer facing role, with a clear target and direct impact on the growth of our business. What You'll Do - Manage drivers partners to develop strategies that deliver on our partners’ needs and exceed quarterly growth goals - Help existing partners troubleshoot any issues they experience - Be the advocate of Uber’s technology and communicate to potential partners - Maintain a professional relationship with key partners - Provide timely updates and user feedback to support the strategy - Offsite work will be required for this role What You'll Need - Self-driven, responsible, willingness to work in a team environment, contributing to a synergistic work environment where people learn from one another and continuously improve processes on behalf of users - Strong communication skills whether in person, through phone or text messaging - Fluency in Cantonese is a must, fluency in English is preferred - Ability to persuasively demonstrate product and industry knowledge to users - Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships - Good knowledge of the technology and taxi industry is a plus Preferred Experience and Skills - minimum 1 year experience in the customer service industry - Preferably have call handling or face to face CS experience Salary range :~18K Location: CWB
