工作職責
入職要求： • 兼職一級職業治療師 - 持認可註冊職業治療師 (第I部份) 證書及有效執業證書 - 具 5 年或以上相關服務臨床經驗 • 兼職二級職業治療師 - 持 (第II部份) 證書或經驗較少者可申請二級職業治療師 • 具安老/康復服務臨床經驗者優先考慮 工作職責： • 提供院舍或社區復康訓練 • 評估及安排復康訓練方案 • 策劃社區基層醫療服務，包括辨識問題，預防及處理慢性疾病，以及檢討治療成效 • 規劃及應用樂齡科技產品，提昇服務質素； • 為社區人士（包括被照顧者和照顧者）提供預防及治療建議、員工督導 • （如屬外展上門服務）負責為服務使用者提供家居個案諮詢、肌能評估、復康治療及復康用品諮詢等工作、負責協助員工培訓及督導等工作。

Founded in 1878, Po Leung Kuk, as one of the largest charity organisations in Hong Kong, has been serving Hong Kong for 146 years with its objective of “Protecting the Young and the Innocent”(保赤安良). Currently, the Kuk has more than 300 units strategically located in Hong Kong and provides services in education, social welfare, youth, recreation, culture and integrated health care. We have about 45,000 students in our schools and attend to more than 1,800,000 visits for services annually in the past 3 years. We are now inviting applications for the following position:
