Objective: To ensure effective coordination and qualitative implementation of the M&O Design Factory project across multiple regions, including France, Hong Kong, and beyond, as directed by the Tribe22 director. About Tribe22: Website: https://tribe22.net/ Instagram: @trib.e22 Address: 22/F, The Strand, 49 Bonham Strand, Sheung Wan, HK About Maison&Objet Design Factory: https://www.instagram.com/maisonetobjetdesignfactory.hk/ Required: - HKID owner - With 3-5 years work experience is preferred - Fluent in Cantonese, with excellent written and spoken English, mandarin knowledge is a plus. - Undergraduate university degree or higher; Major could be anything from marketing, communication, creative studies, design, sociology Key Responsibilities: (1) Project Coordination - Facilitate the overall implementation of project programs. - Ensure seamless communication among all stakeholders. - Organise overall program plan with the management team (2) Stakeholder Connection - Under the supervision of the agency director act as the primary point of contact between partners, vendors, and team members. - Foster collaborative relationships to enhance project outcomes. (3) Creative Support - Assist in developing creative content in connection with the programs' selected curators and designers, including presentation materials and decks. - Ensure that all creative outputs align with project objectives and branding guidelines. (4) Tracking and Reporting - Establish a comprehensive tracking system for monitoring timelines, budgets, and project networks and partners progress. - Regularly update stakeholders on project status and potential challenges. - Suggest solution for stakeholder each possible issue Working Schedule and Arrangement: An initial schedule has been agreed as follows: - FLEXIBILITY IS A MUST - 5-6 months scope: - Starting period: July / August / September: Part Time with flexibility; October / November / December: Full Time - A 2 day briefing session in June - Work from home after approval Termination: - It is agreed between the parties that the project manager commits to engage fully in the mission till the end of December. - Termination can only occur after this date by either party, except in cases of serious misconduct or significant cause. Additionally, termination is not permitted due to force majeure or serious personal issues on either side. - 2 months probation: July and August will be measured on results based on listed KPIs. Remuneration: ***SALARY TO BE DISCUSSED*** Part Time Period: Will be paid by hour and working hours sheet recap will serve Full Time Period: A monthly package will be negotiated.
