Part-time Sales Associate

工作職責

The Part-time Sales Associate will handle a diverse set of client engagements looking for storage solutions. The job holder will facilitate effective communication with customers through various channels and maintain sales pipeline accurately and timely. The role is customer-facing and works closely with Customer Services and Operation teams as well as Marketing and Revenue to maximize sales opportunities and achieve the sales target. Principal Duties: • Work at our sales centre to promote and sell our products, assist with reservations for storage facility visits, and answer customer inquiries. • Facilitate the team to close sales transactions. • Input and update customer records in the database based on sales activities. • Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by the direct report manager. Job Qualifications & Requirements: • University students or fresh graduates are welcome. • Self-motivated, independent, with a positive working attitude, eager to learn, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Strong customer-service and teamwork-oriented mindset. • Proficient in written and verbal English and Chinese. • Able to work independently. • Knowledge of the self-storage industry is beneficial.
