Part-time project manager (translation projects) (remote work)

We are currently recruiting a part-time project manager/ project assistant (remote work, 2-3 hours per day on average, flexible hours) to support our growing business. We welcome university students, freelance translators or talents with some free hours during Mon-Fri. Location: Remote (Hong Kong) Hours: 2-3 hours per day on average, flexible hours Days: Monday to Friday, part-time mode Remuneration: HK$ 3,000 per month Job Description: - Assist in managing translation and language solution projects from start to finish. - Coordinate with translators (mainly) and clients stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery. Maintain clear and professional communication with all parties involved. - Proofread and check the output files before submitting to clients. - Assist in administrative tasks related to project management. Requirements: - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent language skills in English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Familiarity with translation and language services is desirable but not required. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - University students, freelance translators, or individuals with some free hours during weekdays are welcome to apply.
