工作職責

Responsibilities - Be the first point of contact for visitors, handle enquiries, bookings, and arranging visitors' visits - Assist visitors and members with using golf simulator equipment, help with troubleshooting when required - Demonstrate to visitors the features and benefits of golfing at our golf simulator studios and using our golf simulator equipment - Be well versed in presenting and explaining our pricing and packages to potential new members - Maintain members' records, ensure accuracy of members' account balance, expiration dates, and keeping track of invoices due - Keeping track of supply and inventory levels (balls, tees, gloves, clubs, etc.) - Assist with arranging and hosting group events and other events Must Have Skills - Fluent English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus Strong at time management and setting priorities - Experience in a customer-facing role (receptionist, customer service, B2C sales) - Well versed in productivity software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) Must Have Traits - Personable, outgoing, curious about people, great at building rapport - Takes initiative, willing to go the extra mile - Open minded, quick learner - Extremely detail oriented
