工作職責

Execute the smooth day-to-day operation of the Concierge counter, so as to deliver professional customer services to the shoppers, tenants and public; • Provide warm greetings and helpful services to shoppers; • Work closely with the Management Office and Marketing Department to ensure smooth daily operations and in mall promotional programs; • Deal with enquiries and requests, complaints, support marketing activities and continue to strengthen relationship with tenants and shoppers; • Constantly strive for excellence and collect ideas from shoppers and staff to provide better services to the guests, improvement on the various operations and make recommendations to the Superior.
