Our client is a global travel and lifestyle concierge company is seeking for a high caliber to join their team as a Part-time Japanese Customer Service Officer. Job Descriptions: • Creating unique travel & lifestyle experiences by expertly booking domestic and international flights, cars and hotels • Troubleshooting any customer issues relating to the use of the travel and lifestyle website and expertly guiding customers whilst they navigate around the site • Delivering an innovative service to your customers through multi-channel servicing designed to meet their individual requirements Job Requirements: • Higher Diploma or above • 1 years working experience in Customer Service / Telecommunication / Tourism experience or above is preferred • Native Japanese speaker is welcome • Good command in Japanese (N1) is a MUST • Good interpersonal skills and strong team player
