接待員/文員 Administrator Receptionist

工作職責
位於將坑口育中心正在尋找中心接待員/文員來處理日常運營。 職責包括: • 維持中心的日常運作 • 提供專業諮詢,例如向家長介紹課程提及配對適合的課程 • 與客戶保持良好的溝通和關係 • 管理中心的課程表,以滿足學生和教師的需求 • 處理新客户諮詢和跟進 • 在需要時向教師提供行政協助 要求: • 中學或以上 • 有禮貌,良好溝通能力 • 開朗、積極主動,細心 • 操作電腦,Microsoft word 和 excel軟件 • 粵語及英語流利 工作時間:4-5天工作 • 週三至週五 2:30~8:00pm • 週六和周日 9 ~ 3pm (可以商量) A learning centre located in Hang Hau looking for an Administrator/ Receptionist to handle daily operations. Duties include: • Maintain daily operation of the centre • Provide professional consultation, such as introducing course details and proposing suitable courses to new customers • Monitor students’ progress and communicate with customers to retain a clear understanding of their needs, as well as to maintain good customer relationship • Manage the centre’s class schedule to best satisfy students and teachers • Handling walk-in inquiries, calls, and customer follow-ups • Provide administrative assistance to teachers when needed • Maintain basic centre tidiness and hygiene Requirements: • Secondary school graduates or above • Well-mannered, and possess effective communication and interpersonal skills • Confident, cheerful and proactive with a positive attitude • Possess a detail-oriented mind with excellent problem-solving skills • Operating office equipment including printers, computers (Microsoft words and excel), and tablets • Fluent in Cantonese and English Working hours: 4-5 days per week • Wednesday to Friday 2:30 – 8pm • Saturday and Sunday 9 – 3pm (Can be negotiated) Please email CV to Jessica at jcysiu@gmail.com along with your availabilities
