職責 : -協助醫生為病人進行治療 -一般文書工作 -負責登記、預約、跟進報告、解答病人及電話查詢 -提供良好客戶服務以符合公司的服務標準 要求︰ -中學畢業或以上 -須持有抽血技術、靜脈導管插入牌照 -具抽血經驗優先 -良好的英語、中文和普通話和中英書寫能力 -熟悉電腦操作及懂中文輸入法 -有責任心、待人有禮、細心主動、對客戶服務有熱誠
