Job Responsibilities: 1. Manage overseas bank and payment channel accounts, understand the rules of using overseas accounts, be familiar with account functions and operations, and have strict risk awareness and risk disposal ability; 2. Based on different business scenarios, sort out the end-to-end capital flow, understand the international settlement system and rules, complete daily capital allocation, reconciliation, account adjustment, etc., optimize the capital chain, reduce costs and profits, and enhance the rate of capital flow. 3. Collaborate with institutions, product departments, etc., organize financial testing work, follow up on the progress of the work, promptly identify problems, propose solutions and push relevant departments to solve them, ensuring the implementation of new projects and new products. 4. Formulate and continuously improve the fund management process and operational rules, provide systematic solutions, reduce fund risks, avoid liquidity accidents, and enhance the quality and efficiency of fund management; 5.Calculate the liquidity stock, flow, and various quotas, indicators, ratios, etc., manage the funding gap or surplus, formulate and implement liquidity forecasts, early warnings, lending and emergency plans, etc., to ensure and reasonably control the funding adequacy ratio for business operations. Job requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in finance, accounting, statistics, economics and management is preferred; 2. Possess professional capabilities in fund and liquidity management, and have practical experience in overseas account management and institutional connection. 3. Candidates with experience in building asset management, clearing and settlement, and accounting systems are preferred. Those with relevant industry experience in international banking, payment finance, and cross-border e-commerce are given priority. 4. Honest and upright, rigorous and conscientious, highly responsible, result-oriented, with excellent logical thinking, communication, collaboration and learning abilities; 5. English can be used as a working language.
