• Utilize excellent customer service skills to assist customers in resolving issues with their travel arrangements promptly, via calls, emails and chats • Research and curate customer travel inquiries and conduct necessary follow-up to ensure their needs and satisfaction are met • Take ownership of possible complaints, provide appropriate solutions in professional manners • Stay up to date on procedures, standard and general information • Maintain structure and documentation to support database and business growth • Participate in project and task as and when required
