工作職責
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Responsible for multiple fragrance brands • Support in designing, localizing and implementing training programs & system through classroom training, virtual training and onsite training • Responsible in analysing effectiveness of different training initiatives, define post training follow-up activities and enhancement program • Develop high quality training aids such as manuals, videos, handbooks and training PowerPoints • Inspire, motivate, train the field sales force via in-store coaching, especially on areas of selling ceremony, product knowledge and customer’s journey • Manage Mystery shopper program and Net promoter score follow up actions • Plan and support in various training activities including workshops team building/ kick off meeting to engage the retail • Work closely with internal stakeholders (Retail, Marketing, Brand Principal) to identify training needs and develop suitable training program and contents • Regular travel to the mainland China for TTT program and store visits • Support in any ad hoc projects EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED Must be a fragrance lover Minimum of 3 years’ retail training experience, candidate with beauty industry experience will be highly preferred Retail selling or field coaching experience is preferred Proven experience in facilitating physical and virtual classroom Proficient in MS Office A confident speaker with various language, such as Cantonese and Mandarin Self-motivated, active, presentable, passionate in fragrance Creative and flexible Travelling is required.
