Technical Officer / Building Services Officer

Responsibilities: - Assist in managing renovation projects, A&A works and maintenance programs - Provide technical support and handle complaints of defects and maintenance works - Carry out regular site supervision and monitor the works in compliance with government regulations - Co-ordinate with consultants, contractors and external parties for tendering and cost & progress control - Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements: - Diploma in Building Services Engineering, E&M Engineering or equivalent disciplines - Minimum 3 years' relevant experience, related experience in A&A projects or property management will be an advantage - Familiar with MS applications, AutoCAD and BD/Government regulations - Both spoken and written English and Chinese - Proactive, good interpersonal skills and able to work independently - Immediate available is highly preferred Interested parties, please apply with full resume, stating date available, present and expected salary to Human Resources & Administration Department by clicking 'Apply Now'.
