Technical Designer (Garment Technician)

工作職責

Responsibilities: - Evaluate ladies’ fashion garment samples in terms of fit, measurements, constructions, sewing, workmanship and functional performances; - Identify potential issues from the samples that may arise during production, and provide practical suggestions on how to fix or avoid; - Amend/create graded spec and/or pattern when needed; - Liaise with factories' technicians or pattern makers to resolve fitting or construction issues; - Provide technical advices or trainings to vendors/factories when needed ; - Work closely with merchandising, quality, and US technical teams; - Compile and update technical information as tool for future references or training.
