Who You Are Competencies: - Customer Oriented - Builds Teams - Develops Solutions - Personally Accountable Requirements: - Diploma holder in hospitality management or related disciplines - Minimum 3 years’ practical experience in club house or customer services field - Solid working experience in club house working environment is a must - Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) - Proficiency in MS Office - Effective communication and interpersonal skills - Pleasant personality with helpful, friendly, tactful, patient and proactive character
