Job description We are seeking a talented and passionate Opera Developer to join our dynamic team in Hong Kong / Macau. As a software engineer, you will be at the forefront of creating and maintaining applications that leverage unique features to provide a seamless and engaging user experience. Your role will involve: Development and Maintenance: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Opera technologies. Ensure the applications are optimized for performance, security, and user engagement. Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends in application development and hotel system technology stack. Implement innovative solutions to enhance application functionality and user interaction. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers to ensure project requirements are met and deliverables are aligned with business goals. Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing to identify bugs, performance issues, and ensure cross-browser compatibility, with a specific focus on Opera browser optimization. Documentation: Write clean, maintainable code and provide documentation for future reference and knowledge sharing within the team. User Feedback: Incorporate user feedback to refine and improve applications, ensuring they meet the needs and expectations of our diverse user base. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in web development with a strong emphasis on ERP development. Technical Skills: Deep understanding of hotel system development, APIs, and developer tools. Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development. Knowledge of web standards, SEO, and accessibility best practices. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Adaptability to learn new technologies and methodologies quickly.
